Short Description     

Our client is looking for an Assistant to start working urgently.

Requirements

  • Must have Qualified Training Facilitator, Training will be given if not qualified
  • Must have IT: Matric
  • Must have 3-5 Yrs Relevant Working Experience
  • Application and analysis of legislative and statutory requirements pertaining to education, training and skills development

 Duties

  • To contributes as a member of the training and development team to the development of an overall training and development strategy and annual workplace skills plan for Lancet in line with business needs
  • To contributes to the development and implementation of an annual plan for the Training Unit that supports the achievement of the overall training and development strategy of the organisation
  • To develop training material to ensure that organisational training needs as identified by management are met.
  • To market training courses, including minimum entry level requirements for admission into programme and evaluate training nominations to ensure that participants meet minimum criteria
  • To facilitate training courses to ensure that students are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills needed for them to meet service and performance related requirements
  • To co-ordinates logistics and training administration processes, including preparation of training material for training courses to ensure timeous availability of material and delivery of training programme
  • To co-ordinates certification for completed training programmes and communicate outcomes to training administration team to update relevant
  • HR/ training databases
  • To assessed student competence by utilising various formative and summative assessments tools to measure return on investment in training by the organisation
  • To handle queries pertaining to available training programmes, support to staff and training administration matters to ensure that concerns are resolved speedily and appropriate feedback is given to senior members of staff
  • To provide excellent customer service to all customers of the Training and Development department
  • To submission of monthly reports to Manager indicating stats for the previous month
