Key Responsibilities

To act as a trusted strategic learning partner for the assigned technical discipline(s) (e.g., Mining, Processing, Asset Strategy & Reliability)
To determine how learning can support delivery of the discipline’s strategy and critical tasks
To determine the value proposition for the defined learning programmes within the context of existing and planned learning
To identify learning stakeholders and assess the level of impact of proposed learning solutions
To work with the Technical Academy’s learning vendors to translate the business needs into cutting-edge learning solutions
Partner with learning vendors to define the scope, schedule and charter for each of the disciplines learning projects
To oversee the learning portfolio for the discipline ensuring that projects deliver the anticipated value
To provide updates on progress, opportunities, issues and risks for the discipline’s learning portfolio
