Short Description

Our client is looking for an Assistant to start working urgently.

Duties

To work closely with international hiring managers to understand candidate profiles;
To responsible for ensuring the recruiting needs within assigned area are met;
Sourcing of candidates through sourcing channels and direct headhunting as and when appropriate. Includes conducting initial interview, to screen candidates based on skill set required;
To build strong pipeline of talents while keep abreast of talent market happenings;
To manage full cycle recruitment process, which includes sourcing, reviewing of CVs, conduct interviews, interview co-ordination, offer management and negotiation, reference checks, background checks & on-boarding processes;
To develop consultative relationships with business stakeholders;
To communicate on regular basis with stakeholders to update and report recruitment status;
To manage job postings, applicants and work flow through ATS;
Ensuring data integrity on monthly basis.

Requirements

Must have recognized bachelor degree with at least 2-3 years of progressive
Must have full cycle recruitment experience (within an agency/search firm is preferable);
Must have good industry knowledge with best recruitment practices;
Expert knowledge of recruitment, focusing on digital and social media resources, applicant tracking systems, and creative sourcing techniques;
Must possess exceptional drive and motivation to achieve and hiring goals;
Must have ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure and fast paced environment;
Must have excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with high degree of ambiguity;
Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills;
Attention to details while able to maintain a broad overview of things;
Must have excellent spoken and written English skills – knowledge of Romanian/Bulgarian language would be additional plus.
