Our client is looking for an Assistant to start working urgently.

Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
To creating user accounts and performing access control.
To performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
To supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.
To keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

Job Requirements:

Qualification in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar will be an advantageous.
Must have applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Cisco certification will be an advantageous.
Must have at least two years’ experience in a similar role.
Must have extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
Must have solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
Must have exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
