Our client is looking for an Assistant to start working urgently.

Job Responsibilities

To assist with the responsibility and management of this contract when & where needed
To oversee the efficient running of the unit
To supervising employees and ensuring duties and tasks under your control are covered by staff available
To ensure preparation, presentation, hygiene and service standards are maintained
To assisting with all aspects of unit administration
To maintaining of all Fedics standards and controls
Provide the financial controller with daily costings
To oversee stock and ensure compliance within company policy and procedures
To analyze and pre-empt client needs and possible complaints

Job Qualifications

Must have matric / Grade 12
Must have minimum 2 – 3 years’ of work experience on a supervisory level – Essential
Must have knowledge of stock issues, costing and controls
Must have knowledge of Fedics Hygiene & Quality Standards – Advantageous
