Short Description
Our client is looking for an Assistant to start working urgently.
Duties:
- To responsible for the stock control of rooms linen by carrying out monthly stock takes;
- To responsible for counting of linen – going and coming from outside service providers;
- To ensure that departments are not abusing linen by performing frequent on the job training with Housemen and Room Attendants on the handling of linen;
- To report and maintain quality of linen;
- To ensure that all guest laundry and dry cleaning is billed and handed over to the Front
- To recommend change and improvements to the Laundry operation to ensure the achievement of set objectives.
Candidate:
- Passion for the industry with the ability to maintain the Leading Hotel of the Worlds standards;
- Physically fit in order to lift and carry heavy bags;
- Accurate in counting stock and pay attention to detail.
Adverse working conditions:
- Prepared to work weekends & Public holidays;
- Prepared to work shift
