Jo Responsibilities

To ensure the Healthcare segment in tsebo Catering is appropriately organized and staffed in accordance with the Tsebo Catering and Healthcare segmental strategy •
To oversee the fiscal activities of the Healthcare segment in Tsebo Catering including budgeting, reporting and audit •
To ensure the Healthcare segment in tsebo Catering maintains high standards of corporate citizenship and social responsibility wherever it does business. •
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, employees, Government authorities, and the public. To maintains high standards of corporate citizenship and social responsibility wherever it does business.
To assumes responsibility for growing the Healthcare Segment business as well as customer retention
Engage in sales, new business development and key account activities
To management of food standards and operations within the Healthcare segment in partnership with the Culinary team
To ensures the business complies with all legal and regulatory laws and regulations.
Creates a work environment that recruits, retains and supports quality staff
To support Tsebo Solutions Group efforts and initiatives towards achievement and maintaining BEE level 1
To ensure the business delivers to customer promise in accordance with Company`s service standards
