Our client is looking for an Assistant to start working urgently.

Job Duties

To posting of Security Officers at the main and satellite sites
Training Security Officers to ensure the safety of the company’s employees, clients and property
To ensure efficiency and productivity of Security Officers
As Frontline personnel, ensure that Security employees conduct is professional and above reproach in terms of behaviour, dress, service, etc.
To ensure that the Company rules, procedures and policies are adhered to at all times within the expected deadlines
To ensuring that discipline is enforced
Access control
To ensure that all gates are manned at all times.
To ensure that all the assigned areas are patrolled at regular intervals
To ensure that Occupational Health and Safety regulations are enforced and adhered to
To evaluating all collated information and documentation

Requirements

Must have minimum Grade 12 or equivalent with good numeracy and literacy skills
Must have driver’s license and own, reliable transport is essential
Must have at least 3 years of Supervisory experience in the Safety & Security Sector
Registered with PSIRA – Minimum Grade A
Must have good command of English language
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Must have willing to work irregular hours (shifts) and overtime
In good health and physical stature
Sober habits
Disciplined to apply company policies and procedures
