Short Description

Our client is looking for a Products Administrator working urgently.

Responsibilities

To manage the product merchandising process to ensure products are listed timeously and are mapped to the correct menus and filters.
To work with the lead merchandiser and category managers to ensure the category logic & hierarchy is consistent and provides the best customer experience.
To ensure shop navigation remains relevant and up to date with business changes.
To ensure that all merchandising including copy and images is correct and in line with the style guide.
Stay abreast of eCommerce merchandising best practice and identify opportunities for potential improvements which will increase customer conversion.
To manage all search queries and work with UX team to implement relevant changes.
Weekly reporting and tracking of any visibility issues.
Conduct regular app walkthroughs to identify any issues or opportunities for improvement.
To log tickets with the IT support team regarding any technical or customer facing issues that arise.

Job Requirements

Administrative experience in a retail/ecommerce environment preferable.
Highly proficient in Excel.
SAP experience is advantageous but not essential.
