Short Description
Our client is looking for an Assistant to start working urgently.
Duties
- To oversee offloading and receiving operations.
- To supervise bulk production.
- To supervise all production staff.
- To ensure that ISO and HACCP standards and procedures are followed.
- Oversee departmental monthly budget expenses.
- To control and completion of all relevant documentation.
- To ensure disciplinary procedures are adhered to.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have minimum Grade 12 and minimum 3 years supervisory experience in the food industry.
- Computer literate (MS Office, Pastel).
- Effective communication skills.
- Hard-working.
- Contactable references.
- Fast learner.
- Must experience in the food processing industry will be advantageous.
- SGS Food safety training will be advantageous.
- This position will require shift and overtime work during the production season.
