Short Description     

Our client is looking for an Assistant to start working urgently.

Duties

• To procurement requirements are processed on time
• To lead stock count for responsible plants
• To review and management of manufacturing Bills of Materials
• To update routings and production versions
• To manage and correct MPS and communicate plan for on time delivery to sales plan
• To arrange inter-site collection of goods and delivery of complete products to other sites
• To overview the capturing and reporting of works orders and WIP. Resolve discrepancies.
• To provide accurate input into all RFQ and Contract execution meetings
• To complete and update all management reports (KPI reporting)

Job Qualifications

• Must have minimum qualification: diploma with Commerce/ Production/Supply Chain related majors or any relevant NQF 6 equivalent qualification
• Must have extensive experience in ERP/ MRP within a manufacturing or production environment
• Must have excellent interpersonal, facilitation and conflict management skills with sound persuasive and client relationship skills
• Must have excellent planning and organizational skills
• Must have strong communication (verbal and written) skills
• Advanced computer literacy (particularly in Excel and SAP)
• Must have analytical thinker that can work under pressure
