Our client is looking for an Assistant to start working urgently.

Job Responsibilities

To maintaining a high-quality standard of service in line with site specific SLA’s with regular site visits and inspections
To managing client relations onsite
Managing staff onsite
Scheduling of staffing and assign cleaning tasks productively to each position to achieve an output standard according to site specific sla’s
To responsible for performing cleaning and equipment inspections
To ensuring sites are managed according to budgeted costings.
Best allocate the resources of the contract to achieve maximum cleaning output.
To ensuring contract retention through excellent service standards, identifying and mitigating the risk of cancellation and building strong client relationships with key client contacts
To ensuring that cleaning methodology are strictly adhered to in line with company policies, quality programmes and legislation
Managing company assets by performing monthly spot checks on high value items.
Ensuring that equipment is kept in a good condition and repaired and serviced when required
To ensure that all OHS act (Occupational Health and Safety) requirements are adhered to for site specific requirements in line with company policies, quality programmes and legislation

Job Requirements

Must have experience in the Cleaning Industry
Must have excellent Customer Service Skills
Experience in managing large compliments of people
Experience in managing client portfolios
Knowledge of legislation relevant to the cleaning industry
Must have extremely Punctual
Excellent attention to detail
Must have strong on client relationships and strong communication skills
Must have strong Organizational Skills
Must have problem solving experience
Must have ability to work under pressure
Ability to be flexible and adaptable
Computer Literate
Must have valid Driver’s License and own reliable vehicle
Exposure to Facilities Management, Landscaping & Food Service Industry would be advantageous
