Short Description
Our client is looking for an Assistant to start working urgently.
Duties
- To greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.
- To professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients.
- To maintain business inventory such as checking supplies, scheduling equipment, and maintenance repairs.
- To answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- To perform all duties within HIPAA regulations.
- To maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information.
- To schedule appointments between doctors and patients.
- To liaise between medical departments with discretion and professionalism
- To adhere to policy and procedures during all activates.
- To assist with admissions/treatment as per agreed protocols.
- To ensure that stock levels are adequate and orders are made timeously.
- To communicate medical results to patients under clinical supervision.
- To complete accurate documentation of patient visits.
Key Requirements:
- Must have bachelor’s degree (advantageous).
- Administration certification (essential).
- Must have 6 months of experience at a healthcare facility in a medical receptionist role (essential)…

- Must have meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
- Must have strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
