Our client is looking for an Assistant to start working urgently.
Job Required for 5-star luxury lodge.
- Prefer Polokwane resident to ensure culture fit
- Must have minimum of 5 years’ hospitality/laundry/housekeeping management experience
- Hospitality qualification advantageous
- Must have significant financial experience including budgets and management accounts
- Must have IT skills including Microsoft Office packages, Micros, Opera, Materials Control
- Must have exceptional English speaking and writing skills
- Must proven leadership skills
- Must have knowledge of health & safety and food safety
- Available to work shifts including evenings + weekends
