Our client is looking for an Assistant to start working urgently.

Duties

To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout all areas of the facility
To clean designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
To perform and document routine inspection activities
To carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects upon request
To ensure all walkways remain clear and free of debris
To notify management of any repairs required
To mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions appropriately
To follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements

Must have 1 years cleaning experience
Must have excellent working knowledge of cleaning appliances and their operations
Must have knowledge regarding the proper use of cleaning/chemical agents
Skills and Attributes:
Must have strong communication skills
Must clear criminal record
Solid and positive references
Must have clear health record
Must have clear credit record
Vaccinated against covid-19 or prepared to be vaccinated prior to commencing job
