Short Description     

Our client is looking for an Assistant to start working urgently.

Duties:

• To collections (Telephonic and Letters)
• To legal handovers/liaising with attorneys
• To review of age analysis and reporting on overdues
• To reconciliation of debtors accounts
• To customer queries
• To sending out statements
• To invoices and Credit notes
• To levy clearance consents
• To issuing figures
• To prepare consents and Levy clearance documentation
• To registrations of new owner accounts

Requirements

• Must have 3 years experience in Bookkeeping/accounting to TB
• Must have accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and bank reconciliations
• Solid knowledge of the debtors function, bank reconciliations and payment function
• Must have experience in management accounts preparation
• Must have experience with statutory returns (VAT, PAYE, IT)
• Must have sound accounting knowledge
• Must have strong spreadsheet skills
