Short Description

Our client is looking for an Assistant to start working urgently.

Duties

To conduct thorough and extensive data verification of all data, including detailed checking of reported data against source documents, to ensure all data captured is accurate and valid
To sasses the accuracy and completeness of the data recorded on the monitoring and evaluation tools (source documents) used by Child and Youth Care Workers (CYCW) collected information from daily implementation
To conduct telephonic authentication of all beneficiaries and the services rendered to beneficiaries and their Care Givers by CYCW
To verify all Evidence Based data tools against the recorded registers
To record all calls made on the reporting Google Tool
To record the errors that are identified on the error log Google Tool

Key Requirements

Must have Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
Must have at least 6 month – 1 Years’ experience in an administrative position (experience in the Health Care Sector is highly advantageous)
Must have exceptional attention to detail
Must have ability to demonstrate honestly and integrity in the course of data verification duties
Must have ability to work in a team
Must have ability to work under pressure according to deadlines
Must have passionate about quality, accuracy, and supporting communities
