Short Description     

Our client is looking for an Assistant to start working urgently.

Requirements

• Must have minimum qualification of Grade 12
• Must have 2yrs. cleaning experience within a manufacturing environment would be an advantage
• Must have knowledge of plant layout is an added advantage
• General hygiene practice
• Must have knowledge of safe work procedures
• Knowledge of cleaning products and its applications
• Required to work shifts and overtime in line with operational requirements
• Ability to pay attention to details, and to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Must have must be punctual, self motivated and willing to learn
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Ability to follow set of procedures and routines
• Must have ability to work independently and in a team
• Must have ability to maintain enthusiasm while conducting repetitive work
• Must have ability to prioritise work, work under pressure and manage deadline

Duties

• T follow and promote all safety practices, procedures, and precautions
• To cleaning offices, boardrooms, training rooms and the factory- vacuuming, dusting , mop and polish
• Cleaning the kitchen and kitchen equipment
• To cnsure toilet bowls and basis are clean
• To ensure toilet drains and basins are not blocked
• To sanitising door handles and work surfaces
• Cleaning windows and watering flowers
• To ensure all bins are lined with refuse bag and removal of refuse from bins
