Short Description     

Our client is looking for an Assistant to start working urgently.

Duties and Specification

• To increase the revenue base of centre by managing the leasing departments in order to conclude new deals and expanding existing tenants.
• To ensure that exhibition income, gift voucher sales and pop-up stores’ rental is maximised.
• To manage the marketing team to ensure events and promotions support the brand and income generating capacity of the centre.
• To ensure budgeted renewal increase targets are achieved.
• To ensure that renewals are negotiated and finalised well before expiry date.
• To manage monthly tenants according to agreed KPA targets.
• To ensure accuracy of documentation when reviewing leases.
• To ensure that vacating tenants are vacated timeously both physically and on MDA.
• To ensure that vacate inspections and any reinstatement is finalised in set time frames.
• To ensure that vacant units are in lettable condition.

Key Requirements

• Must have matric qualification required.
• Must have estate Agencies Affairs Board Competency Certificate (NQF Level 4) required.
• Must have tertiary qualification in Property or Centre Management required.
• Must have 5 – 10 years’ Experience in the Property and Retail Management required.
• Must have driver’s license required.
