Our client is looking for an Assistant to start working urgently.

Duties

Must have daar bestaan tans opwindende doseer- en navorsingsgeleenthede vir bewese vakspesialiste in die volgende Rekeningkundige vakgebiede: Bestuursrekeningkunde, Finansiële Rekeningkunde, Belasting en Ouditkunde (met inbegrip van Inligtingstelsels en Sake-etiek).
Must have exciting teaching and research opportunities currently exist for established subject specialists in the following Accountancy-related subject areas: Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, Taxation and Auditing (which includes Information Systems and Business Ethics).

Key Requirements

‘n Toepaslike SAIGR-geakkrediteerde Honneursgraad in Rekeningkunde, of ‘n nagraadse diploma in Rekeningkunde;
To registrasie as Geoktrooieerde Rekenmeester (SA) of in aanmerking om te registreer;
To voldoening aan die kriteria vir akademiese uitnemendheid;
‘n Verbintenis tot navorsing en sosiale impak/gemeenskapsbetrokkenheid;
To die vermoë om in Afrikaans of Engels te doseer, departementele administrasie te behartig en binne spanverband saam te werk;
To die bereidwilligheid om by die Thuthuka-projek van die SAIGR, asook die dosering van Inligtingstelsels en/of Sake-etiek, betrokke te wees.
To an appropriate SAICA accredited Honours degree in Accounting, or a postgraduate diploma in Accounting;
Registration as a Chartered Accountant (SA) or eligibility to register;
Meeting the criteria for academic excellence;
A commitment to research and social impact/community involvement;
The ability to lecture in Afrikaans or English, handle departmental administration and work in a team;
The willingness to be involved in SAICA’s Thuthuka-project and the lecturing of Information Systems and/or Business Ethics.
